The wedding event was expertly managed! the location is modern, high-quality, and provided a fine backdrop. jamie, the event manager, ensured everything was perfect. communication was easy. She was responsive and organized everything as requested. the private beach dinner featured a fine beach bbq selection, a wedding cake, and spa services, it was everything i wished for.

i noticed minor inconsistencies with housekeeping supplies, sometimes needing to request extra amenities, such as toiletries.

water sports rooftop pool fusion cuisine

i really like the range of activities offered. the private beach had various water sports for no extra charge. aikisu offered fusion cuisine and delicious meals. i really loved the rooftop pool views.

the gym equipment was pretty limited for my workout needs.

the hotel is placed in a vibrant zone. many shops and malls are in the area. this made access to nearby conveniences very easy and i found it very useful.

the bathroom had several shower settings. the toilet included seat warming. there was also a bidet system. a pillow menu let me customize my sleep experience. these options ensured a very comfortable stay.

Really good Facilities and Service

multiple pools water sports

The hotel includes three swimming pools. These pools meet varied needs. Adults and children can enjoy themselves here. The hotel provides various water sports for relaxation and enjoyment.

The front office and back office do not communicate well. I booked several nights separately and received conflicting information. Communication improvements are needed to ensure guests receive consistent and accurate details regarding their reservations and available amenities.

the food was delicious nice time with the family

i had a such nice stay the team was amazing but the hotel could have provided a better experience i would have appreciated more proactive service from the staff it would have elevated my stay the weather was great however it didn't completely compensate for some other shortcomings the hotel could address certain improvements would make the overall experience more nice
